25th May 2007
Kite buggying - boarding: Les Hemmes, France
Wind Direction: WNW
Wind Stength: 10mph
Surf / Sea State:
Air Temperature: 20
Sea Temperature:
Weather: Hot and sunny
Max Speed: 30mph (knots - unless stated otherwise)
Distance Covered: 20miles (Nautical Miles - unless stated otherwise)

We arrived at about 11am and the wind looked light but the guys already out were moving well on big kites. I took my biggest kite the 7.5m and got up some good speeds of approx 30mph on the hard sand about 2 miles west of where we setup.
It was my first go on my Cameleon on the bigfoot setup and it was good to feel locked in.
Wind died as we were having lunch at about 3pm, after that it was hard to get going at all. I changed down to the 5.5m as in the really light stuff I can work this a bit more and get moving but it wasnt much fun.
We packed up and headed back to the hotel.
It turned out that the wind picked up when we left and the guys on the beach who were on 10m had changed down to 5m and buggied until 10pm, oh well.
All in all a good day with plenty of sun.
